Ethical code

A choice of responsibility

The Ponzi company has immediately paid particular attention to the behavior of its employees and collaborators in reference to the national laws that control their own work.

From 1 January 2017 it has structured and implemented the provisions of legislative decree n. 231/2001 and therefore approved an Organization, management and control Model (Model 231) and appointed the Supervisory Body with the task of supervising the functioning and observance of the Model.

It has also been given an ethical Code, an integral and substantial part of the Model itself, as a charter of moral rights and duties which defines the ethical and social responsibility of all those who participate in the company.

This is a social contract that links the Ponzi company to the various groups and individuals that interact directly or indirectly with it and is the expression of both the commitments undertaken by the company and its expectations, in the equitable balance of interests in the field.

With these tools the Ponzi company wants to prevent irresponsible or illegal behavior by those who work in the name and on behalf of the company, because it introduces a clear and explicit definition of the ethical and social responsibilities towards the various internal and external stakeholders.

Model 231 and the Code of Ethics are constantly updated, incorporating the regulatory changes introduced in the Decree and those relevant for the Company.

Both the 231 Model and the Code are based on the corporate reality understood as shared vision and ethical principles that inspire action, taking into account all the procedural, organizational and control tools adopted by the Ponzi company for the effective and efficient achievement of the objectives it is institutionally entrusted and to prevent, and if necessary to oppose, the occurrence of events that may involve a direct responsibility of the company.

The directors, the entire staff of the company and the collaborators are obliged to contact the Supervisory Body directly to report any behavior inconsistent with what is indicated in the Model and in the Code of Ethics, using the following form.
